Win a Free Copy of Kettlebell Challenge Workouts

My new Kettlebell Challenge Workouts program is coming very soon … and you can win a free copy!!

It’s a “mega-bundle” of more than a dozen kick-a@@ kettlebell challenge workouts you can do any time, any place, with just a single kettlebell and your own body weight, and in 20 minutes or less.  And the full program will be officially available in a few short days …

So, as we get the finishing touches of the delivery process ironed out, and as a gesture of appreciation to you, a loyal reader, I’ve decided to give away two free copies of the program before I officially release it.

All you have to do to win your copy is leave a comment on this post detailing your number one fitness goal … and your biggest obstacle/frustration/etc. that’s keeping you from accomplishing it.  I’ll have my assistant go through and pick the best two comments so the contest is as fair as possible.  And all I’ll ask for is a little feedback from the winners after they’ve read through the program, watched the videos and tried the workouts themselves.

Leave a comment below to get entered to win … and keep an eye on your e-mail inbox to get first word of the Kettlebell Challenge Workouts program’s official release!

As a 58 year old Kettlebell instructor I lift lighter kb’s to teach. Have to be able to talk and observe! How do I increase my own max weight in short workouts that don’t leave me drained for my many classes?

My goal is to tighten up and rasise my strength levels. The biggest problem is partners, high school teacher with a crazy schedule. I find time but many times train alone not the best.

My number one fitness goal as I head into my 5th decade (I cant believe i’ll be 51 this year!) is to get into the best shape of my life and reduce my bodyfat. My father’s side has a long history of obesity and heart disease which has led to shortened life spans. I will break this cycle and be an example to my kids and grandkids.
My biggest obstacle has been time. I work 50+ hrs plus i am trying to finish my degree. I work out in the mornings before work and need short yet effective workouts. I have ‘dabbled’ with kettleballs at my gym but I believe i could be more efficient and have success if i started a kettleball routine at home. This would be a great time saver and from everything i’ve seen, kettleballs look like the solution to fatloss as well as getting a fit body.
i’m ready to make this the best year and reach all my goals in fitness as well as my personal and professional life.
    Let’s do this!!

What can I say, 21 years ago, I gave birth to my last child and I’ve tried everything humanly possible to try and get my pre-baby body back. I like the fact that the workouts are short, to the point and also use bodyweight. This could really help those with limitations. Congrats on the new book, and I’ll be getting it as soon as it becomes available.

I want to keep my size/weight consistent (I’m a fluctuator). My biggest struggle is self-sabotage…binge eating just when I’m feeling/looking good. Then that starts a spiral of over eating for a few days usually.

  7. Mike

I’m 54 years old and what I like to do is gain lean muscle and lose body fat. I currently around 24 %. Stay consistent, and my diet are my biggest obstacles. Love to get the program.

HOLA PRIMERO QUE NADA GRACIAS POR DARNOS LA OPORTUNIDAD DE TENER UNOS DE TUS GRANDES LIBROS, Y PODER ASI LOGRAR NUESTROS PROPOSITOS.
SOY UNA MUJER DE 50 AÑOS MI PROPOSITO ES LOGRAR HACER MUSCULO PARA TENER MENOS GRASA YA QUE A CIERTA EDAD ESO OCURRE EL MUSCULO SE PIERDE Y SE LLENA DE GRASA UNO. Y EN REALIDAD MI FRUSTRACION ES QUE HE HECHO DE TODO Y NO LOGRO REALIZARLO, HE OIDO DEL ENTRENAMIENTO DE KETTLEBEL QUE ES CARDIO Y FORMAS MUSCULO PERO NO TENGO IDEA DE COMO ENTRENAR ASI.
DE NUEVO AGRADESCO ESTA OPORTUNIDAD UNICA Y DIOS QUIERA SALGA AGRACIADA. UN SALUDO
    AMANDA.

My number one fitness goal: Exercise with regularity to lose weight and bodyfat. My biggest obstacle/frustration that’s keeping me from accomplishing this is time, stress, or other activities that seem to get in the way and which I allow, where I find it hard to even start exercising which I love to do. Thanks. 1/18/13.

I appreciate the simplistic representation of your workout designs. It goes great lengths to check in, grab a workout idea and get to it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and your interest in KB lifting. Best of luck to you on your continued endeavors.

Trying to cut fat after 50 is extremely chanllenging in addition to a traveling schedule and trying to eat healthy on the road. My goal is cut 20 lbs and reduce bodyfat by 10%.

  14. Stephen Sledge

Over the past few years, my overall fitness is reduced, primarily from some lingering injuries and starting a new career. My goal is to reduce my bodyfat by 10-15% and be more physically active.

    All –

Just want to say thanks again to all who entered the contest. This has given me SO much insight into what your goals are, and what kind of obstacles you have in your way of reaching them.

Coming out of nearly a year of being housebound and am so very weak.
Need a starter course so as not to tear anything, yet still achieve muscle
building on a very flacid frame. Have one kettlebell of 8kg. My shoulders and wrists are
very weak so appreciate different positions for pushups, none of which I can presently do. Age is
a state of mind, not a calendar date, for all those who feel their age is a problem.
