Bucket Drops (30 seconds)
Spinal Rocks (30 seconds)
Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
Spinal Rocks (30 seconds)
Front Lunge (30 seconds)
Spinal Rocks (30 seconds)

Rest approx 60 seconds; repeat for 3 rounds total.
