Complete 5 rounds of the circuit below for time:
— 7 burpees
— 7 one arm kettlebell swings (per side) (recommended weight = 8k women / 16k men)
— 20 kettlebell squats (recommended weight = 8k women / 16k men)
— 10 lunges (per side)
