Certainly fat loss could apply to either situation ... just ease into it and do what you can at the beginning, and work your way up to more advanced movements</description>

		<description>by the term &quot;fat loss&quot; are you referring to toning up and shedding that ten to twenty pounds or someone (like me) who needs to lose a hundred (or more) pounds and is unable to perform many of the movements listed?  I&#039;ve dropped 57 pounds so far and plan to work towards at least another 50.  At the start I was ridiculously obese and sedentary.  Now, i&#039;m just someone that needs to lose a LOT of weight.
