<p>This is a nice one if you&#8217;re pressed for time. <p>1 Get Up Right<br />
1 Get Up Left<br />
12 Swings Right<br />
12 Swings Left<br />
6 KB Squats, KB in right rack position<br />
6 KB Squats, KB in left rack position</p>
<p>Repeat 2x (beginner), 3x (intermediate), 4x (advanced) for time</p>
