Hope your 2011 is off to great start!
First, I’d like to say thanks for making 2010 a great year! This blog has grown by leaps and bounds – and it’s because of you that I’m continually motivated to post weekly workouts, videos, and training tips.
This post is simply a list of the 10 most popular posts of 2010 … if you’ve read them already, they’re worth revisiting … if you haven’t, set aside an hour or two and check ’em out!
