Do as many quality rounds as you can in 21 minutes of:

– 50 Seal Jacks
– 8 Bodyweight Renegade Rows
– 15 Total Body Extensions
– 12 Plank Jacks
– 10 Alternating Reverse Lunges
– 8 Burpees

You’ll feel the burn, get your heart rate up, and hit your entire body in a single quick session.
