15-Minute Pull-Up / TGU / KB Swing / HIIT Circuit
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
- Pull-Ups: Max reps minus two
- Turkish Get-Up: 1 per side
- Single-Arm Kettlebell Swings: 10 per side
- Run, Air Bike, or Jump Rope: 60 seconds
