Complete this circuit twice. Rest as needed to maintain form, and aim to finish as quickly as you can while hitting all 300 reps:
- 30 Kettlebell Swings
- 30 Push-Ups
- 30 Kettlebell Rack Lunges (15 per side)
- 30 One-Arm Kettlebell Rows (15 per side)
- 30 Burpees
