The Deck of Pain
- Hearts: Push-Ups
- Spades: Air Squats
- Diamonds: Sit-Ups
- Clubs: Jumping Jacks
- Jokers: 15 Burpees
Flip a card, do that many reps. Face cards = 10. Aces = 15. Work through the whole deck.
Simple, brutal, and zero equipment.
