2 – America’s Birthday 250-Rep Kettlebell Boot Camp Challenge
MAIN WORKOUT: 3 Rounds
45 sec work per exercise, rest to the end of the interval
- Kettlebell Swings, 15 reps
- Push-Ups, 10 reps
- Goblet Lunges, 5 per side
- One-Arm Kettlebell Rows, 10 per side
- Burpees, 5 reps
Round Total: 60 reps x 3 rounds = 180 reps
FINISHER: 2 Rounds
45 sec work per exercise, rest to the end of the interval
- Kettlebell Halos, 5 per side
- Kettlebell Slingshots, 5 per side
- Goblet Squats, 15 reps
