4-week Kettlebell “Strength Reset” Challenge (sample workout)

Have you seen the upcoming 4-week Kettlebell “Strength Reset” Challenge I am putting on?

We start this coming Monday!

-> 28-day KB Strength Reset (starts Monday, September 21st)

Here’s the big idea:

With just a couple of kettlebells and 20-30 minutes, 3-4 days per week, you will get noticeably stronger without wrecking your joints.

See, the workouts that worked in your teens, 20s, and 30s… will NOT work in your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond.

This is because those workouts often break you down faster than they build you up.

I have experienced this firsthand! — which I detail HERE, where I talk more about the Challenge and how it came to be 😉

In any case – it turns out, if you want to get stronger in your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, WITHOUT beating up your body and joints in the process…

…kettlebells turn out to be a FANTASTIC way to do it in 20-30 minutes, 3-4 days per week.

Check out this sample from the program; you’ll be doing workouts like this for the full 28-day Challenge. (Note: exercise technique breakdowns, mods for fitness level, and injury considerations are all included in the full program, HERE.)
