This this quick and efficient kettlebell cardio workout you can complete in just 10-15 minutes with a single kettlebell:
5 one arm swing (right)
5 one arm clean, squat and press (right)
5 one arm swing (left)
5 one arm clean, squat and press (left)
Rest 10-15 seconds, repeat for 5-10 total rounds
