Win a Free Copy of Kettlebell Challenge Workouts

My new Kettlebell Challenge Workouts program is coming very soon … and you can win a free copy!!

It’s a “mega-bundle” of more than a dozen kick-a@@ kettlebell challenge workouts you can do any time, any place, with just a single kettlebell and your own body weight, and in 20 minutes or less.  And the full program will be officially available in a few short days …

So, as we get the finishing touches of the delivery process ironed out, and as a gesture of appreciation to you, a loyal reader, I’ve decided to give away two free copies of the program before I officially release it.

All you have to do to win your copy is leave a comment on this post detailing your number one fitness goal … and your biggest obstacle/frustration/etc. that’s keeping you from accomplishing it.  I’ll have my assistant go through and pick the best two comments so the contest is as fair as possible.  And all I’ll ask for is a little feedback from the winners after they’ve read through the program, watched the videos and tried the workouts themselves.

Leave a comment below to get entered to win … and keep an eye on your e-mail inbox to get first word of the Kettlebell Challenge Workouts program’s official release!

My goal is to walk around at about 160 lbs and to be able to get through the min kettlebell snatch test. My biggest obstacle is that just had a baby girl. It’s my first so I’m clueless as to how to manage my time better between work, family, teaching a kids bjj class, and training my self.

  2. Isaac

my number one fitness goal is to lose weight, elevate my fitness and use full body motions. my number one obstacle is not having enough time during the day to get a full body workout in as often as id like to.

  3. Sandy

my main fitness goal is to lose fat and my biggest obstacle is eating properly because my significant other does not share my same goal so many times I don’t always make good food choices.

  4. Jukka

Number 1 goal is to live healthier and be pain free . After a pelvic injury at a young age (17) the last 28 years have been very painful and frustrating . So I bit the bullet am now a certified fitness trainer , and have discovered the world of kettle bells .With correct technique , and careful progression I’ve never felt better (even learnt to enjoy DOMS ), so get out there get into whatever gets you going and learn to embrace fitness and the benefits it brings .
From your friend from down under thank you ..

  5. I need to lose weight, dropping from 95kg to 80kg to get myself back onto a 25BMI. To do this I need to start training with heavier kettlebells to induce the weightloss and also build-up the core body strength. Your workouts will give me the roadmap to do that!

  6. I am currently 8 months pregnant and have been training with bells, balls, TRX and sandbags throughout my pregnancy. I am in decent shape for an 8 month pregnant woman and am really not struggling with any pregnancy issues at all. Hurrah for training! My number one challenge will probably be when baby is born and I want to get back in shape! I am sure your program will give me the kick in the butt that I need.

  7. Gilles

Recently retired, at 61, my number one fitness goal is nothing less then get in the best shape of my life : already working out 6 days a week (4 during the Holidays) for the last 8 weeks.
My main obstacle is that I eat like 2 horses ! !
Even though I eat mostly JERF (just eat real food)

  8. Shawn Swanson

I don’t know what to do with kettlebells and having a guide to teach me the skills necessary to realize my fitness goals would be awesome. I have a kettlebell in my home gym but all I know how to go with it is hurt myself! Please help!

  9. Melissa

I have a variety of kettlebells and love working with them but I lack a good structured program to make it work! I would love this program!!

WOW! Amazing positive response so far guys! Thanks so much for leaving your feedback and entering the contest. Let’s keep the comments coming!

    Forest

  11. Marc

Turning 50 this March, want to get in the best shape I can to keep up with my two daughters! That is actually part of the obstacle I have as well. I’m married with two girls, one in High School, the other Elementary. I just started a new job 6 months ago, putting in the time there, and keeping up with my daughters and their school activities can be a real time consuming endeavor.
So, fitting in 20 minute KB / BW workouts will be a great opportunity for me to stay on track. Thanks for all of your great information, definitely the type of workouts I need, and my body agrees with!

  12. Jeremy

My number one goal is to continue to build my strength & continue to build muscle mass whilst reducing my body fat level. There is nothing stopping me meeting my goals but having a copy of Forest’s new Kettlebell workouts will continue to assist me in my plight.

  13. Kirsty John

Wow, can’t wait for the new material! My number one goal is to share my love of kettlebells with others that attend my classes. Kettlebells are relatively new on the scene in Britain and I’d love to show the masses just how quickly they can shape up an stay healthy by making KB’s a new choice.
My only obstacle is the suspension system on my car allowing me to take enough KB’s to my outdoor Bootcamp classes!!

  14. usha

I have been intrigued by kettlebells ever since I saw them in a sports store. I actually bought one and was sitting in my home gym gathering dust.

Thanks to you you Forest and your kettle bells program with easy to follow tips, I have actually started training with the one kettlebell I possess. Its amazing.

    I want more …..

  15. Alessandro

My goal n.1 with kettlebells is to get lean and strong as I was in my college years. The main obstacle is the lack of time, so I need some time effective workouts that I can perform in 20/30 min. three times a week.

  16. Pat

I would love to own a copy of your book. I am a senior non-commissioned officer in the Army and have many soldiers, in varying grades of physical fitness, under my command. I would utilize this book for their fitness and mine. By working with them, I benefit in so many ways. Therefore, a copy of your book would be of untold benefit to us as it will pay us forward in health, durability and enduring fitness as we serve our country. Thank you, MSG Pat Sonti, Texas

  17. Ed

I have worked out off and on through out my life. Discovered your web site by accident. Have been following you since and am getting in the best shape of my life.I like how the exercises are not long but you get a great workout without having to spend hours doing them.

  18. Tina

My fitness goal is to become an RKC in the kettlebell world. I am currently a HKC and was training for an upcoming challenge when I was sidelined by 5 breast surgeries in 11 months due to cancer and reconstruction. I am 12 weeks out from the last surgery and I am as weak as a baby and my shoulder and T-spine mobility are shot. I want to rehab with kettlebells and new routines would be fantastic! Thanks for the consideration.

  19. Chris

As I tell my daughters when they ask what am I doing and why I tell them so I can walk them down the isle when they get married. So I guess my answer is general all around fitness. Why does a program like this interest me? I teach and coach so my hours are long. My time is earl early in the morning before school. So it is limited and this type workout seems to fit what I need to get an effective workout in short period of time.

  20. Main goal is beating FMS which kind of took over my life. Being a fitness pro myself I vowed to myself to get better. Now one year on I’m much better, not there yet, but it’s coming. Ik liked your previous programs, and it’s much better for me not to make my own programs at the moment!!

  21. Stéphan Veilleux

I Would like to get a copy and for me Time is my main concern in my training so having workout that take less time would be great and my goal is to be in better shape and keep it.

  22. Heidi

I so need a new challenge. I love kettlebells, and what they have done for me. I have used your other workouts, and now have my husband, and neighbor who has rheumatiod arthritis, using them with me. All of us would love some new challenges. Keep them coming!

  23. Garry

My main fitness goal for 2013 is to get lean….bottom line. I’m 66 years old and do a number of things. Kettlebells are my main source of weight training but they also help me when I compete in senior basketball nationally. I want that edge. My other goal (and I know kettlebells can help) is to do a movement called “hips over the bar”. I’ve come close a couple of times but with KB training, I know I’ll accomplish this goal.

  24. Jessica

My fitness goal is to do 10 pullups in a row. The barrier to reaching that goal is…just a matter of practice. I can do 7, so I’m on my way to 10 in no time!

  25. Jeff

My goal in Kettlebell training is to lose body fat, build muscle, and develop functional strength. The main obstacle that I face is my own mind. I know how to eat healthy, but get caught up in work, school, family, and military duty, so instead of eating right, I grab the fast burger. My motivation is my two boys, one is 11 years old and the other is 8 years old. I need to get in better shape to provide them with the dad that can play games with them, run around with them and set a good example for them. I have seen reports on kids that show how childhood obesity is killing our children and I want to provide a better role model for my boys.

  26. A.C.

my #1 fitness goal is to get down to 190 lbs. i currently weigh 290 lbs. I am 48 years old and have recently discovered kettlebells. i am still fairly athletic for a big guy, but lack the structure i need to accomplish my goals. i am also 3 yrs out from a knee surgery and i feel that its now or never! i have been reading your website for a few months now and feel that you are a very knowledgable and trustworthy person. i would love to have a copy of your program and would love to share my results with you. especially when i get down to 190 lbs. thanks.

  27. Sharon Wilson

My number one fitness goal get the strength that is know is inside me, out! I’m a mom to three boys and I want to be an example of strength and good health to them. Fitness has always been a priority to me but moving across the country last year set me back. All things I thought I knew about myself I have come to question as fitness took a backseat to my struggles with transitioning to an area so opposite from where I have been. When I pick up the kettlebell, I am reminded of my power and that I am stronger than any negative thought that is in my head. Picking up the bell reminds me of what’s important-functional strength so I can be the most to the people in my life. Kettlebells reminds me that I can accomplish most things I’ve once thought impossible (ex.multiple deployments of my husband-while delivering and raising twins). My goal is to continue to become the strongest me I can be so I can be all I can to the people around me.

My biggest obstacle? Probably that inner voice that lists all the other things I SHOULD. But that is what I love about Forest Vance’s workouts-it is easy to tell that voice to hush when I know I have to give my best for 25 minutes-not hours! Life can get in the way of living sometimes, can’t it…especially when you are a mom. It is easy to put my needs behind the people I love but in to long run if I do not believe in the strength and value of ME, how can I give to those around me?

  28. Rick

    Congratulations on the new book!
I’m looking forward to it, as I’m trying to get into the shape I should be in – the information I’ve received from you so far has proved incredibly valuable!!!

  29. Rebecca

Would love to win the free copy! I fell out of training at the end of 2012 and am getting back into it. I’ve made it my focus to do more obstacle course races this year. Did 1 last year and loved it. Already signed up for 1 this year and have my eye on 2 more.

  30. Bob

My number one fitness goal is to lose 75 poounds and regain a level of fitness I have not experienced in years. My number one obstacle is proper training with organized kettlebell routines.

  31. Greg Wood

My fitness goal is to drop a few pounds without losing strength. I’ve been weight training for about 30 years and have just started working out with kettlebells. I can already appreciate the benefits of kettlebell training and hope to continue improving my technique.

  32. Liz

Hello. I am relatively new to Kettlebells but love them.
My fitness goal is health. I started out to lose 200lbs, I have lost 50 in the last year. I am 51, have A-Fib and just battled (and won) uterine cancer. I have ignored my health for TOO LONG! I want to get healthy and take care of my body.
My biggest obstacle is FEAR…fear of change, fear of failure, fear of messing up…overall fear.

  33. Marianne

My goal is to get healthy and strong.
    My biggest obstacle is ME!
I get in the way of my own success. But I continue to work to my goal.

  34. Benoît

Getting stronger as a road racer, having more zip when i finished a critérium(which is a short but speeding race). #1 frustration is not enough time to get a good and effective workout.

  35. admin

Going great so far. Some fantastic feedback, SO much appreciated.

It is very helpful to hear about your specific goals and frustrations, so that I can create future blog posts, videos, programs, etc. around these things to help you even more.

I also love to hear about the success you’re having with my kettlebell training tips, workouts, etc.

Keep it going! We’ll keep the contest open for another 24 hours or so …

  36. Minnie

I think I’m my biggest obstacle! I’m good at KB’s and I love how I feel after a workout. So a variety of new workouts is great

  37. Marshall

I work as a Consultant for The Gates Foundation, and while on assignment in India caught some parasites. While being treated for that, the doctor listened to my heart, and to make a long story shorter, discovered I had a world’s record aortic anyeurism (9.4 cm) that required emergency open heart surgery. That was 8 months ago. I have been cleared for any exercie activity, and have begun work with a 16 kg kettlebell and Pavel’s book and CD. My life has been spared for some reason, and I have vowed to get in the best shape of my life. I would like to get your workout protocols to help me achieve that goal.

  38. Matt

At 58 my goal is to get back some of my kick-butt core and upper body strength so I can keep up with my 20 year old grandson when he wants to do the USMC daily 16 with me. I still can rip him on bicycle sprints, and I hit the road on my bike a lot. My biggest obstacle is that he also does kettle bells. My second biggest obstacle is at 58 I can afford to buy good beer.

  39. Brian McDonough

My main reason to train is to keep from having a heart attack or stroke
like many of my friends have (65yrs.) to be healthy and able to keep on working.
My main obstacle in the way is i work away for 3wks. and home 1wk. and only have a Camp Dorm room (10ft. x 8ft.) to work out in.
I like Kettlebell work & bodyweight.
    Thank You, Brian M.

  40. Andrew Florea

I am looking to get more diverse workouts including kettlebells along with some crossfit type workouts. The more workouts that I have to work out to, the more my body will change into the body that I want it to be. I can’t wait to find out the new challenges in this book with my free copy!!

  41. mick

Since picking up kettlebells around 6 months ago and sticking with the basic swing, snatch and Turkish get ups (which is my most favorite exercise of all) I have seen fantastic changes in my health and fitness. My fitness goal this year is to expand my knowledge of kettlebell movements and intergrate these into a fitness regime that will exceed my expectations. It is the lack of “how to ” that is preventing this and I believe your Kettlebell Challenge Workouts will help me challenge myself and reap rewards far greater then I imagine!

  42. Gunther

I like KB’s (combined with bwe) for the convenience, I can use them whenever I want and do not need to drive to a gym etc so a huge time saver and I get a great workout in a short time. My main goal is to stay fit for work (shiftwork is demanding) and most importantly at the age of 44 stay fit enough to run with and after my 2 kids (now 1 and 3 years old, so many years of running and fun to come). Also hope to be a role model for them so they don’t become coach potatoes or only sit behind a pc or tv but just play outside like kids should. My main obstacle is shift work and the kids to get some time to workout regularly.

  43. Dan

I purchased Pavel’s video “Enter the Kettlebell and have been able to dabble, and have several kettlebells and have been working on my technique. However, I would love to incorporate this into a workout program so I can get some real benefit out of using kettlebells. I look forward to release of your workouts
